Although air conditioners and ceiling fans are installed, they are however hardly needed as Bathurst benefits from cool mountain breeze all year round.
Portersville has clean running water and 24/7 electricity from solar energy. It is very secure with gated perimeter walls and security alarms both inside and outside the property.
